Are you eligible?
Basic criteria you should know.
Must Live in New York.
Cannot be applying for coverage of nursing home care, or care provided by specialized residential care facilities.
Must be a U.S. Citizen, or a lawful immigrant.
Different rules may apply if you are eligible for Medicaid.
Cannot be currently incarcerated.
Enrollment will be based on additional eligibility criteria, such as age, income and other factors.
