BIOGRAPHY OF
HONOREE,

Momentum

From refugee beginnings to community-focused leadership, I am driven by a simple yet profound mission: to move people—literally and figuratively—toward better lives. I am a Vietnamese/Chinese American who arrived in 1980, traveling with my grandmother and mother, and I’ve never forgotten the call to give back to the communities that shaped me. I have planted roots across Whitman County, Washington, Orange County, California and now officially all five boroughs of New York City, each chapter teaching me resilience, humility, and the power of collective action.

My career path reflects that spirit. I earned a Bachelor’s in Health and Human Services with a specialty in Social Gerontology from the University at Buffalo, followed by a Master’s in Occupational Therapy with a focus on Pediatrics. I love people—their stories, their strengths, and their potential. The thrill of growth has always pulled me forward, and I embraced entrepreneurship not as a shortcut, but as a vehicle to serve more deeply. Real estate was my doorway to impact: demanding and undeniably rewarding work that required relentless discipline, late nights, and an unwavering commitment to clients’ well-being.

In 2015, Momentum Real Estate emerged as a community-based force with only 4 members and now more than 75 sales agents. Our roots are in Brooklyn and Staten Island, but our reach spans all five boroughs, and we are expanding services to support families and individuals wherever they are ready to move. We are hyperlocal in spirit and global in ambition, united by a belief that real estate is more than property—it’s a pathway to stability, opportunity, and dignity for the people we serve.

I lead with care, compassion, and accountability, because people come first. I measure success not only by numbers but by the trust we build, the lives we touch, and the communities we uplift. I am committed to being a positive, influential, and impactful entrepreneur who uses every advantage of my experience to create opportunities, foster empowerment, and strengthen the fabric of the communities I serve.
